Team Rubicon Named One of The NonProfit Times’ Best Nonprofits to Work For in 2026

Veteran-led disaster relief nonprofit recognized nationally for creating an exceptional workplace culture.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (April 2026) — Team Rubicon, the veteran-led disaster relief nonprofit, has been named one of The NonProfit Times’ 2026 Best Nonprofits to Work For, a national recognition honoring organizations that have created outstanding workplace cultures and strong employee experiences.

Presented annually by The NonProfit Times, the leading national business publication for nonprofit managers, in partnership with Workforce Research Group, the awards recognize nonprofit organizations whose leaders have excelled in building quality workplaces that support, engage, and empower their teams.

Team Rubicon is among just 50 organizations nationwide selected for the 2026 list.

The Best Nonprofits to Work For survey and awards program was created to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the nonprofit sector, benefiting the industry’s workforce, organizations, and overall impact. The selection process evaluates workplace policies, practices, demographics, and employee feedback to identify organizations that stand out as top employers.

For Team Rubicon, the recognition underscores the organization’s continued commitment to cultivating a mission-driven workplace where employees are supported as they help communities prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters and humanitarian crises.
