Team Rubicon Joins Leading Veteran Organizations and the American Music Awards for the 2026 AMAs Salute Initiative

LOS ANGELES, CA – May 7, 2026 — Team Rubicon, the veteran‑led disaster response nonprofit, is proud to join the American Music Awards as a featured partner in the 2026 AMAs Salute campaign, a Memorial Day initiative honoring the service and sacrifice of U.S. military members, veterans, and their families.

AMAs Salute shines a light on the military and veteran community and supports the mission of organizations that continue to serve them long after the uniform comes off. The campaign recognizes the enduring legacy of service while raising awareness of the critical work being done to support veterans and their families nationwide.

Team Rubicon joins a distinguished group of Military and Veterans Service Organizations participating in the 2026 AMAs Salute campaign, alongside Blue Star Families, Bob Woodruff Foundation, Congressional Medal of Honor Society, Easy Day Foundation, Fisher House Foundation, Gary Sinise Foundation, Invictus Games Foundation, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, Semper Fi & America’s Fund, and the USO.

Team Rubicon is honored to stand alongside the American Music Awards and our fellow partner organizations to recognize service, sacrifice, and continued commitment to the veteran community. This campaign helps amplify the message that service does not end with a military career. Veterans continue to lead, serve, and bring meaningful impact at home and around the world.

AMAs Salute will roll out in tandem with the American Music Awards Ceremony on Monday, May 25th, connecting viewers with the organizations working every day to support the veteran community. Additional information about the campaign and participating partners can be found at TheAMAs.com/Salute

About Team Rubicon

Team Rubicon is a veteran-led humanitarian organization that serves global communities before, during, and after disasters and crises. Founded following the Haiti earthquake in 2010, the organization has grown to more than 200,000 volunteers across the United States and has launched over 1,300 operations domestically and internationally. To drive equity across disaster and humanitarian services, Team Rubicon focuses on three areas of impact: disaster response, including mitigation, immediate response, and disaster recovery; workforce development and long-term recovery; and medical services, including providing emergent and surge health care, WASH, and disaster risk reduction. The organization is featured in the Roku original series titled Team Rubicon, which highlights the work of Greyshirt volunteers assisting communities across the country. Visit  http://www.teamrubiconusa.org  for more information.
