Team Rubicon is seeking the next wave of Core Ops instructors to teach volunteers about basic strike team tasks.

Team Rubicon is looking to add capacity to its Core Ops instructor cadre. Since the inception of this training course in 2016, over 250 volunteers have completed Core Ops Training, gaining knowledge on the three essential strike team skills Team Rubicon employs in the disaster zone: debris management, expedient home repair, and muck outs.

If you’re a member of Team Rubicon with the skills and interest to take on an instructor role, click below to learn about the train-the-trainer course details and eligibility criteria.
