The A. James & Alice B. Clark Foundation has been a Team Rubicon partner since 2022 when they provided a transformational multimillion-dollar investment focused on leveraging the latent leadership of veterans to build a new program, the TRades Academy. This program aims to address the national trades gap our nation is facing. The TRades Academy will provide both veterans and civilians with the hard and soft skills they need for future employment, while also benefiting the people Team Rubicon serves by providing free and timely home rebuild services in the aftermath of a disaster.

In 2023, Ford Motor Company and Ford Philanthropy committed to supporting Team Rubicon for five years through vehicle donations, monetary investment, and Ford Pro fleet services. A significant investor in Team Rubicon’s mission since 2015, The Marcus Foundation, Inc. shares one of TR’s primary goals: to increase volunteer access to health and wellness services and to increase community access to TR’s localized disaster services. T-Mobile’s Home Runs for Hurricane Recovery (#HR4HR) campaigns, in partnership with the Major League Baseball Playoffs and World Series, have generated millions of dollars and captured the attention of hundreds of millions of fans since 2017. This omnichannel campaign leverages T-Mobile’s sponsorship of MLB to drive fan and audience awareness of those affected by natural disasters.

Since 2015, Team Rubicon has been a grantee and strategic partner of Travelers. As a long-term unrestricted Ready Reserve Fund partner, Travelers has fueled the full spectrum of TR’s capabilities across the disaster cycle. Today, Travelers and TR are working together to scale TR’s ability to deliver low-attention disaster rebuild services using FORTIFIED and resilient building standards.

Under Armour

Under Armour Freedom has partnered with and supported Team Rubicon since 2017 when founder Kevin Plank visited our Hurricane Harvey operations. Fast forward to 2022, UA became the founding corporate partner of our International program, helping us to build capacity, bring on new talent, and expand our humanitarian capabilities.
UA is also responsible for the development of TR’s Mobile Locker Rooms – a vital component to our COVID operations – and is a cornerstone partner for our unrestricted Ready Reserve Fund which fuels response and operations 365 days a year. Their trust in our mission bleeds through every facet of this partnership and enables TR to help people prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters and humanitarian crises at scale.
