WHAT DOES HOPE LOOK LIKE?

This is our mission: to serve survivors in the wake of disaster, at any corner of the world, at any time.
Help us restore hope.

Service in the wake of disaster, supported by donors like you

We know this to be true: our service is required.

When disaster strikes, it takes a community to come together, to pick each other up, and help one another rebuild hope. And whether in our own hometowns or across the world, Team Rubicon volunteers will be there to serve those in need. And although many of our volunteers have taken off the uniforms of the United States Armed Forces, the call to serve remains.

In 2019 we responded to disasters across the United States, from The Bahamas to Mozambique. Volunteers spent countless hours in the field, removing storm debris from tornadoes and mucking out hurricane-flooded homes. We serve because this is what we’re built for. We serve because we know we can make a difference for survivors and communities impacted by disaster.

Help us restore hope for those impacted by disaster.

TEAM RUBICON

Serving After Hurricane Dorian

While the storm made its way towards the southeastern coast of the United States, Team Rubicon deployed recon teams to The Bahamas, followed by emergency medical teams to provide immediate care to those affected.

In total, over 550 volunteers deployed to the impacted islands, providing 78,168 hours of service to survivors of Hurricane Dorian. Teams removed storm debris, restored access to roadways, and focused on returning a sense of normalcy to The Bahamas.
