Bobbi hails from Madison, WI, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin where she studied journalism and strategic communication. Following a stint as a freelance reporter, she served as a public relations professional in the nonprofit sector working to enhance community service through storytelling and online engagement.

Team Rubicon’s got 32 members on the ground in Houston to serve those affected by flooding, and that number will climb to 50 by this weekend. Since April 22, 1,272 hours have been logged on Operation Moonshot.

The FOB’s set up in the Home Depot lot next to our partners at ITDRC and NRG Energy, our team is resting their heads at Camp Hope in a residence built in memory of Clay Hunt, and strike teams are mucking out homes and planting sweaty hugs on dozens of thankful residents.
