Operation Wind River Spirit Spring Flooding

At the request of the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho Nations and the American Red Cross, Team Rubicon is conducting a flood mitigation operation to protect vulnerable residents from anticipated spring flooding. There is record snowpack in the Wind River mountain range, and the snow has begun to melt, quickly raising water levels in several river systems that drain from the mountains. Team Rubicon volunteers will conduct sandbagging, damage assessments, debris management, and expedient home repair.
