Operation Copper Husky Severe Storms

On June 17, severe storms passed across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan resulting in flash flooding and extensive damage across Houghton County, MI. A state of emergency was declared with reports of more than 60 sinkholes, downed trees, exposed sewer lines, impassable roadways, and damaged structures. Team Rubicon will conduct damage assessments, muck out, and chainsaw operations to serve those impacted.
