Objective

Hurricane Matthew caused destruction and widespread flooding in the Southeastern United States. Team Rubicon is conducting an operation in Wayne County, North Carolina to assist in ongoing flood response and recovery efforts by providing debris removal, muck outs, and chainsaw operations.
