Email is the most used form of communication with TR’s external partners. Standardizing email will provide a polished and professional image.

  1. While logged-in to your Team Rubicon email account, click on the gear icon in the top right of your screen and select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
  2. From the General tab, scroll halfway down the page to “Signature.”
  3. Make sure you turn the signature on.
  4. Paste the template below into the text box:
  5. Update with your own information.
