MarDee Petersen is a Staff Accountant in the Long-Term Care industry.  She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Warner Pacific College.  She has a passion for service and making a difference in the lives of others.

Matt Scott works in the finance department of Northwest Evaluation Association. He holds a B.A. in Business from Loyola Marymount University where he also worked in the Center for Service and Action. His passion is to bring sustainable funding to Team Rubicon.

Ryan Mills served as a Navy Corpsman with deployment to Iraq. A Portland fireman, he has over 9 years of EMS experience, including combat medicine. Through combat and civilian EMS, Ryan greatly assisted in the Haitian earthquake relief efforts.

Paul Warmbier is a Marine who served in the Infantry, with 2 deployments to Iraq. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Idaho, and is a state certified secondary education teacher in English.
